See the fear
Notice how it appears in your thinking, behaviour, relationships, and decisions.
The Courage Lab · Fear to Courage Arc Method
An 8-week programme for leaders and professionals facing a decision, a conversation, or a change they can no longer postpone.
The point of view
It shows us where something important needs our attention: a decision, a conversation, a responsibility, a truth, or a change that can no longer be postponed.
I do not believe we become courageous by thinking more or waiting until we feel ready. Courage is built through contact with reality, through action, and through honest choices made before certainty arrives. Fear rarely disappears before the first step; more often, it loses power when we stop obeying it.
Who it's for
The Courage Lab is for people who carry responsibility and are facing a real decision, conversation, or change.
You do not need to feel ready. You only need something important enough that you no longer want to postpone it.
Fear to Courage Arc
One real case. Eight weeks.
At the beginning of the programme, you choose a Courage Case — the real situation you will work with throughout the eight weeks.
The goal is not to become fearless. The goal is to remain coherent under pressure and take a real step before fear disappears.
Notice how it appears in your thinking, behaviour, relationships, and decisions.
Understand what fear is trying to protect and what it costs you to follow it.
Separate what you know from the noise created by fear, and name the choice.
Turn clarity into one concrete step before certainty arrives.
Prepare with clear eyes for what may change after you act.
Build a new standard for how you choose and lead.
By the end
You will have had the conversation. Made the decision. Expressed the boundary. Made the proposal. Said yes or no. Made your work visible. Started what you had been postponing.
The Fear & Courage Index
A research project on how people meet fear, make decisions, and act with courage.
Fear shapes more of our lives than we usually admit.
It affects how we speak, lead, decide, create, avoid, protect ourselves, and choose what comes next. This quiz is designed to explore how fear appears in real life, and what helps people move from avoidance to courageous action.
Your answers will contribute to a national research project on fear and courage. At the end, you will receive a personal courage profile based on your responses.
This is not a clinical or psychological assessment. It is a self-reflection tool and a research questionnaire.
Estimated time: 7 minutes.
