Fear Map
Identify the real situation and choose the Courage Case you will carry through the programme.
The Courage Lab · Fear to Courage Arc Method
Eight weeks for leaders and professionals who want to move through fear, regain clarity, and act before certainty.
What the programme is about
The Courage Lab is a decision-making and leadership programme for people who no longer want to be driven by avoidance, procrastination, control, or the need for certainty.
You will not be pushed towards reckless action. You will be guided through a structured process that helps you see fear, understand what it protects, clarify the choice in front of you, and take courageous action in real life.
The process is reflective, practical, and experiential. You do not understand courage once and for all. You practise it. The aim is coherence under pressure: staying present, choosing what is true over what is familiar, and acting in alignment with what matters.
Programme structure
Identify the real situation and choose the Courage Case you will carry through the programme.
Notice how fear appears in your body, thinking, behaviour, relationships, and leadership.
Understand what the pattern protects and what it costs you to keep following it.
Separate what is true from the noise and articulate the choice that needs your attention.
Create your own protocol for presence, self-regulation, and trust under pressure.
Take a courageous step in the real situation: the conversation, decision, boundary, or change.
Process what has changed and learn to remain coherent as reactions and results emerge.
Turn the action into a new standard and a concrete plan for the next 90 days.
What you leave with
By the end, you will have more than clarity about fear. You will have a concrete experience of courage that can become a reference point for your next choices.
What it is not
It is not a motivational course.
It is not a process in which someone else tells you what decision to make.
It is not about eliminating fear.
It is about who is driving the decision.
